Information you provide
When contact delivery is configured, Mosaic processes the name, business email, organization, inquiry category, and message you submit to respond to your request. Do not submit classified, export-controlled, regulated, credential, or client-sensitive information through the public form.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process routine request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and error/security events. Privacy-conscious analytics may be introduced only after provider and retention review.
Use, sharing, and retention
Information is used to operate and secure the site, answer inquiries, and evaluate legitimate business opportunities. Mosaic does not sell personal information. Service providers receive only what is needed to perform contracted functions. Inquiry retention is limited to business, legal, security, and contractual needs.
